In dissertation theoretical methodical bases of education of moral aesthetic culture are examined for the students of technical colleges; on the basis of civilization anthropological and culturological methodological approaches essence of such phenomena, as " culture", " morality", moral aesthetic culture", is exposed; the historical pedagogical analysis of problem of co-operation is carried out moral and aesthetic the phenomena in education of personality; maintenance and structure of moral aesthetic culture, as values of the orientation program of activity of man, basis of that is made, by cognitive emotional, active aspects and at personal level presents positive description of moral and aesthetic internalss of personality, open up, including the culture of moral consciousness, moral aesthetic feelings, aesthetic relation and beauty of moral act.
By the components of moral aesthetic culture of future specialist, the cognitive is certain, emotional, judicial; by criteria: spiritually-cognitive, emotionally-valued, actively-reflection; by indexes: formed of knowledge about morally-aesthetic values at the level of presentations and concepts; awareness in industries of art, history of culture, development of the vivid thinking, associative, creative imagination; aspiring to the achievement of morally-aesthetic ideal, developed moral consciousness; formed of the morally-aesthetic feelings, to tolerance; capacity of personality for a reflection and self-regulation; a self-education, self-realization, is in sociocultural activity and creation of artistically-aesthetic environment.
The theoretical model of education of morally-aesthetic culture is worked out for the students of technical colleges, that consists of next blocks: having a special purpose, presented by an aim and tasks, theoretical-methodological, the constituents of that are scientific approaches and principles of functioning of the integral system of education of morally-aesthetic culture of students of technical colleges; richly-technological, that defined maintenance, forms, methods, facilities and pedagogical terms and criterion-effective, that defined components, criteria, indexes and levels of breeding of morally-aesthetic culture of students of technical colleges; monitoring of her efficiency is shown.
The scientifically-methodical providing of process of education of morally-aesthetic culture is worked out for the students of technical colleges : the special course "Morally-aesthetic culture of personality", methodical recommendations are "In a civilized manner-spiritual bases of education", "Beauty of moral act".
